Grape variety(ies) : 100% Merlot
Description : Our "natural" sulfite-free wine is a pure merlot fermented with "indigenous" yeasts (naturally present in the grapes) without any added sulfites.
Tasting notes : « Brilliant color, deep ruby, nose of ripe black fruits, intense after aeration, crisp and greedy, a pure expression of Merlot with a very nice freshness on the palate. »
Tasting advices : to be opened ideally at least 1 hour before or to be decanted for an optimal tasting (wines without sulphite are naturally closed because they have been protected as much as possible from oxidation, so they need to be well aerated) and to serve at 16 -17°C to be enjoyed now and all year round, rather on a meal
Wine pairing : Tapas, picnics, planchas or barbecues, Italian cuisine, red and white meats, charcuterie and mature cheeses
